At Atlas Sportswear, we strive to provide high-quality, university-themed apparel to our valued customers. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Final
All sales are considered final and are non-refundable. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing any purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Reporting Issues: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery at atlasportswear@gmail.com.
- Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or a suitable solution to address the problem.
3. Exchanges (If Applicable)
While refunds are not offered, we may accommodate exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and packaging. Please email our Customer Support to initiate an exchange. Note that you may be responsible for any return shipping costs.
4. False Chargebacks
- Policy: False chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
- Enforcement: We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the refusal of future service, against anyone who files a false chargeback or engages in fraudulent activity.
